WHAT HAVE I LEARN & FEEL???

       The first thing that catch my attention is when Miss Elaine told us about the analytic skills. But, before that, she makes all of us experiencing an emergency meeting that usually held by a company when thy are in big crisis. We are also being exposed to the six main parties that involve in the meeting which is:-

•  Top Manager
•  Employee
•  Customer
•  Supplier
•  Investor
•  Competitor

       When a crisis come, we realize that it is easy to put the blame towards each other within the parties involved. As the results, the crisis is not solved but become worse. Miss Elaine said that is the reality in the entrepreneurship world. What a cruel reality. Seems like we able to demonstrate the situation, which is mean that we do have talent to be an entrepreneur. 

       After that, we are asked to think of the solutions for the stated crisis. Then, Miss Elaine told us that to create solutions, analytic skills are required. The skills are include:-

• Analyzing the key words of the crisis that been stated.
• Think about the crisis in everyone's point of view especially the six main parties.
• Identify the parties that involved in the crisis.
• Think about the best solution where everyone happy (WIN-WIN).

        Besides, commitment and responsibility are very important, for a company and all of the employees inside the company, to have in order to ensure every crisis or problems that come are handled in brilliant way.

WHERE CAN I APPLY???

       These learning outcome are applicable in the daily life in every institutions whether family institution, people institution, or even country government institution. Its also applicable in associations and any company or even classes, if you are a student.
